it is a positive psychology operating system backed by research from Harvard.

Philosophy (3 rules to remember)

  1. Happiness fuels success, not the other way around. The brain in positive mode is smarter, more creative, and more productive. The formula "work hard → succeed → be happy" is backward.
  2. Your brain is wired to scan for threats first. The "Tetris Effect" trains it to scan for patterns of positivity instead — with 21 days of practice.
  3. Small changes compound. The 20-Second Rule reduces the activation energy for good habits. The Zorro Circle shrinks your focus to manageable chunks.
