• Create calendar follow-ups for stale Decisions, Pitfalls, and Playbooks.

Routing Rules

• Use Calendar for time and attendance. Use Tasks for ownership and next action.
• Use Meetings/Minutes skill after a meeting exists or has a recording/minute token.
