概述

Course Maker

Converts any knowledge material into a complete online course product package: verbatim recording scripts for every lesson, a trial lesson script, marketing hook copy, naming schemes, product architecture, and pricing plans.

Workflow Overview

The workflow has three phases and 9 main steps:

Phase 1 — Diagnose & Orient (Steps 1–3)

  1. Deep material analysis — type identification, quality grading, knowledge extraction
  2. Topic positioning — convert knowledge-index to problem-index
  3. Architecture selection — divergent / narrative / hybrid

Phase 2 — Proposal & Confirm (Step 3.5)

  • 3.5a: Collect personal ingredients (cases, stories, contrarian views)
  • 3.5b: Mode toggle (proposal mode vs speed mode)
  • 3.5c: Output the Course Production Work Plan for user approval

Phase 3 — Full Production (Steps 4–9)

  1. Verbatim scripts for every lesson
  2. Trial lesson script (the course advertisement)
  3. Naming & packaging
  4. Product architecture & pricing
  5. Marketing hook library
  6. Supporting materials (landing page, PPT notes, community SOP, homework templates, poster copy)

Post-delivery: Iteration mechanism for targeted edits without re-running the full pipeline.

When to Trigger

Trigger this skill when a user:

  • Uploads a knowledge file (PDF/DOCX/TXT/image) and expresses intent to create a course
  • Says any of: "做成课程", "据此创建课程", "撰写逐字稿", "设计试听课", "开发课程", "搭建在线课程", "把这本书做成课", "帮我做知识付费产品", "把这篇内容变成课", or English equivalents like "make this into a course", "create a course", "write verbatim scripts", "design a trial lesson", "develop a course", "build an online course", "turn this into a knowledge product"

Phase 1 — Diagnose & Orient

Load references/workflow-diagnose.md and execute Steps 1–3 in order:

  • Step 1: Identify material type, grade quality (A/B/C), extract all pain points / methods / cases / quotes
  • Step 2: Transform knowledge-based chapter titles into problem-based lesson titles
  • Step 3: Choose architecture (divergent / narrative / hybrid) based on material traits and instructor profile

After Step 1, ask the user 2 quick questions (target audience + instructor experience) before proceeding.

Phase 2 — Proposal & Confirm

Load references/workflow-proposal.md and execute Step 3.5 in order:

  • 3.5a: Collect personal raw materials (success cases, failures, contrarian views, highlights)
  • 3.5b: Offer proposal mode (default) vs speed mode
  • 3.5c: Output structured Course Production Work Plan — wait for user confirmation before proceeding

Critical rule: Do not begin Phase 3 until the user explicitly confirms the proposal.

Phase 3 — Full Production

After user confirmation, execute Steps 4–9:

  • Steps 4–5: Load references/workflow-script.md and references/script-format.md
  • Steps 6–9: Load references/workflow-packaging.md

Post-delivery Iteration

Load references/workflow-iterate.md for supported iteration commands and principles.

Methodology References (load on-demand)

  • references/methodology-concept.md — Five methods for creating original concepts
  • references/methodology-phrase.md — Three methods for creating quotable phrases and theories
  • references/methodology-product.md — Product architecture, pricing strategy, and value perception
  • references/script-format.md — Verbatim script markup system, templates, and tone guidelines

Quality Checklist

Before delivering, verify:

  • [ ] Every lesson has a strong opening hook (no "Hello everyone, today we'll talk about…")
  • [ ] Every lesson has ≥1 original quotable phrase
  • [ ] Method steps ≤3 per lesson (split if more)
  • [ ] Cases are specific with details (not vague "someone once…")
  • [ ] Trial lesson is structured as an advertisement, not lesson 1
  • [ ] All scripts are conversational, no long sentences or academic tone
  • [ ] Marketing hooks are ready-to-read/ready-to-post
  • [ ] Naming passes three tests: instantly understandable / smooth to say / memorable
  • [ ] Pricing has clear audience rationale

External Search

When market information is insufficient, search for:

  • Competitor course pricing: "{topic} 知识付费 课程 价格"
  • Market trends: "{topic} 用户痛点"
  • Naming availability: "{candidate name} 课程 抖音/小红书"
